All HealthOne products are guaranteed for free repair for one year after purchase.
However, damage caused by customer negligence will be charged. If it is not a malfunction, you will be charged a fee for requestion repair service, so please read the user manual carefully before submitting a request.

HealthOne products guarantee product warranty period in accordance with consumer protection regulations. We provide free service for one year from the date of purchase indicated on the warranty. However, if the purchase date of the product is not listed, the service period is calculated from the date of shipment from the factory.
